Reservation Process

1.  Reservation Form (short-term rental contract) is sent to the Guest, providing details as to the lodging policies, cancellation policy and all other requirements.  Guest reads, completes and signs form.  Signed form is returned to back to us. 

 

2.  Guest forwards $200.00 Reservation and Security Deposit.  This deposit is reimbursed pursuant to checkout and inspection of the property & its contents, and found to be in compliance of the short-term rental contract requirements.  Deposits may be processed via Paypal which charges a 3% commission.  Other methods of payment are also available.  Once we receive your deposit, the time frame requested will be reserved immediately. 

 

3.  Upon receipt of the $200.00, you will receive a Confirmation Letter stating that your deposit has been received and that the dates that you have requested have been properly reserved.  This communication also confirms the dates you have requested and the daily rate.  It also reflects the total amount that is due, two weeks prior to your check-in date. 

 

4.  Guest provides Full payment of total lodging cost, two weeks prior to Check-in date.  A remainder may be sent if the funds are not received timely.  Payment may be processed via Paypal which charges a 3% commission.  Other methods of payment are also available. 

 

5.  Upon receipt of the total lodging payment, you will receive a Welcome Letter.  This communication provides all the information you will need to properly access the property.  Specifically, you will be provided with the physical location of the Condominium, number of the unit, how to access it, access code, complimentary garage parking location, Name & Phone Numbers of our Property Manager in Puerto Rico and other Check-in instructions.  We will also provide you information of our other services to assist you during your stay whether traveling for business or pleasure.  We want to be your “Virtual Concierge” and help you with any requirements you may have before, during and after your stay in Puerto Rico. 

 

6.  Pursuant to your Check-out and satisfactorily inspection of the property, we will refund your deposit within 15 business days, less any Paypal charges incurred in processing of the transaction (e.g., 3%), if applicable.  We will also provide you with a Guest Survey to complete pursuant to your visit.  We will appreciate the completion of the Survey as a substantial portion of the compensation of our operations and administrative staff is based on the results of your ratings.
